Try this flick … “Any Which Way You Can” with Clint Eastwood. This one is the sequel to “Every Which Way But Loose” and both represent two of Clint’s most popular box-office attractions (the former was fifth for its year, while the latter was fourth). However, both stink. Their plots aren’t good and the acting is terrible. However, “Any Which Way” is actually a little better than the original … and that’s damning with truly faint praise. Both involve the story of Eastwood as “Philoe Beddow,” who’s a bare-knuckles fighter and gets into various scrapes. He also has an orangutan as a sidekick – and that should tell you all you need to know about either one.
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog.
