Try this flick … “Up the Creek” from 1984. Here’s a totally failed attempt at a comedy that uses stars from classic comedies of the era as a way to try to get you to watch. Don’t. Well, “Up the Creek” is worth watching if you enjoy really bad filmmaking and don’t want to laugh too much. It’s the story of a group of malingering college students who have to win a raft race or else be expelled. Sigh. If only they could have tried a little harder with “Up the Creek,” you might have something to see. Well, I guess it’s better than nothing … nah, it is nothing.
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog.
