A nice start to 2021! I photographed my first contrail on Jan. 2, 2020, as I ran an early errand near our home here in Naples, Fla. If you follow my blog at all, you’ll know that contrails are one of my favorite subjects to photograph. This contrail was illuminated by the rising sun.
