Watch It! OK, yes … I’m saying today to watch “Commando” with Arnold Schwarzenegger. This is a bad, bad film, but you just gotta Watch It! Obviously he was much better in other action flicks (just take “True Lies” with Jamie Lee Curtis; the sci-fi classic “Predator;” and everyone knows him as “The Terminator”), but Arnie mows ’em down in “Commando” like you won’t believe. By the end of “Commando,” he’s had more than 5,000 shots fired at him with only a scratch or two … while each of his few dozen (OK, 500) slugs bowls over each bad guy or he manages to use a garden utensil in a manner not proscribed by the manufacturer. “Commando” is the story of a former soldier who becomes embroiled in a south-of-the-border plot and winds up killing a bunch in the U.S. before moving on to more fertile targets elsewhere. So. “Commando.” Watch It!
