Watch It! “Moving Violations” is a bad, bad movie that you need to watch. It’s a cinematic sports analogy: good stats coming in, but a flop in execution. “Moving Violations” is the story of a bunch of folks (including John Murray, who is the much more famous Bill Murray’s brother) who get tickets and then wind up in traffic court. After that, “Moving Violations” … ah, who cares? Certainly not the filmmakers as this one stinks from beginning to end. However, there are flashes of what might have been. In any case, if you can find “Moving Violations” then you should … Watch It!
