Foggy morning breakdown? No, just a parked CCSO unit … not the country classic!

A foggy morning breakdown? Yes and no. Yes, because it was a foggy morning today (Sunday, Dec. 19, 2021), but also no because this vehicle is not broken down. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office has had this decoy vehicle parked near the front of an elementary school near our home here in Naples, Fla., for more than a week at the entrance to a neighborhood popular with folks driving through to see Christmas lights. However, the fog reminded me of the country music classic “Foggy Mountain Breakdown” by “Flatt & Scruggs and the Foggy Mountain Boys” that including Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs – you’ve hear the tune play in dozens of movies.
