A glorious Easter Sunday in Naples!

What a glorious day for Easter Sunday here in Southwest Florida! Sunshine, clouds on a marvelous blue sky … all on Easter Sunday (April 17, 2022). I got this shot of the draped cross in front of First Baptist Church Naples near our home here in North Naples. Here’s an explanation from a website about the draping of the cross: “On Easter Sunday, the cross should be draped in white, which represents the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. The white fabric should remain on the cross from Easter Sunday until Ascension Day, which occurs 39 days after Easter Sunday.” (Remember: Click on the small image for a bigger version – then click on that one for the full-size photo.)
