Lighting isn’t easy to photograph … so I used my dashcam!

Lightning isn’t easy to photograph. Some amateurs get lucky, but the best images of lightning are the product of the talent of a professional. However, I found a shortcut … and I got these images via my … dashcam! I was driving near our home here in Naples, Fla., on July 13, 2022, when I saw these blasts of lightning in the sky. Well, since I couldn’t stop and wait for the chance of the next strike, I did the next best thing: I did a screen capture of my dashcam video!
