We have new sod … again! After our yard pretty much got grunged up with invasives over the past several years, we put in new sod in the past summer of 2023. Well, the sod didn’t grow out properly and started to show a bunch of dead spots. Our landscape owner responsible for the original sod just replaced all of the new sod with newest sod: a Saint Augustine cultivar called Floratam. So, now we’ll see again what new sod can do. I got this shot on Jan. 10, 2024, at our home here in Naples, Fla.
