We know “F1NAL 4” is hoops, but is “SEA TEE” surf ’n’ turf for dinner or someone who enjoys boating (or sailing) and golf? I got these shots of license tags expressing different sentiments from the vehicles’ owners while running an errand from our home here in Naples, Fla., on July 26, 2024. The basketball statement is easy, since the vehicle has a Duke University plate frame and basketball is that school’s high-profile sport. However, less straightforward is the other tag, so you’ll just have to judge for yourself.
