We’re days past Hurricane Milton’s strike on Florida, but power woes remain even in areas not much affected by the storm. Despite Collier County getting negligible rainfall and only some gusty wind, approximately 1/3 of the residents in Naples/Collier County
lost power. FPL reports that it expects 95-percent of households to be back with power by Tuesday afternoon. I got these shots of a transformer exploding off my dash cam this morning (Sunday, Oct. 13, 2024) off my vehicle’s dash cam – I was running an early errand and was stopped at a traffic signal.
