Here’s my latest “What’s this?” Just like I noted in a “What’s This?” a few weeks ago, you’ll have to be pretty sharp to identify this one! Give up? OK … so you managed not to glance ahead and saw that this is a pocket knife made by Gerber Legendary Blades. I bought it 40+ years
ago and it is still sensational in design and craftsmanship! Gerber took a hit on its custom knife-making side when bought out by Fiskars in the 1990s, but has since had a resurgence in custom knives and continuing its excellence in making multi-tools (forget the “Bear Grylls” stuff … get true Gerber). Since the packaging is long gone, I can’t say for sure which model this is of Gerber folding knives and it was designed and built pre-sale to Fiskars. I got these shots yesterday (Thursday, March 13, 2025) at our home here in Naples, Fla.
