Like in much of the rest of the country, it has been blazing hot here in Southwest Florida, but the typical afternoon rain, whether just a bit or a downpour, helps knock down the heat at least a little bit. My vehicle’s dashcam caught the rain on the windshield as some rain fell with a blue sky and a few darks clouds above. I was running an errand yesterday (Wednesday, July 30, 2025) near our home in Naples when the cam recorded this image.
