Here is one of the oddest plants at our home here in Naples, Fla. I believe it is a Plumeria, which is also known as a frangipani. However, it is supposed to be a flowering plant, but the emerging bloom you see is just about all we ever see. The plant is usually bare at the top and appears to be a few large sticks growing out of a pot. Well, we’ll have to see if we get the promised colorful bloom this time! I got this shot today (Tuesday, April 7, 2026) while refilling our bird feeder. The photo also reminds me to re-pot the plant into the larger container.Click here to see all my photos from our patio … (Remember: Click on the small image for a bigger version – then click on that one for the full-size photo.)
