For today’s annual international Feng Shui Awareness Day, I’m going to refresh my previous readings about the Chinese practice of feng shui. The awareness day is celebrated every April 8. It is a practice of determining the location and orientation of buildings, structures and tombs and other objects, according to Wiki. feng shui experienced a surge of interest in the U.S. in the late ’70s and 1980s. I’ve enjoyed reading about it, as you can see from a few of my books about feng shui. You can find feng shui consultants in many cities in the U.S., including my hometown of Naples and across Southwest Florida. I got this shot on April 8, 2026, at our home here in Naples.
