While there are many “pizza”-designated days across each year’s calendar, every third Friday in May is national “Pizza Party Day!” Since today is the third Friday in May (to be exact, May 14, 2026), it’s time for a pizza party! Other “days” on the calendar for pizza include “Sausage Pizza Day” (Oct. 11); “Cheese Pizza Day” (Sept. 5); and national Pizza Day (February 9). The photo of the sausage pizza slices you see here was taken in our home on Oct. 11, 2024.
