When the pool cage rain gutter overflows like this shot shows from May 16, 2015, it’s leaves from the neighbor’s tree that’s clogging my gutter. It was a deluge in out North Naples, Fla., neighborhood – nearly 2 inches of rain fell in less than an hour.
