OK, call me paranoid! I saw these floating flower arrangements moving! It was like some kind of surveillance system in the lake as you enter World Showcase at EPCOT. We were at Walt Disney World on April 10, 2016, for this past season’s EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival when I got the shot.
