I was ahead of the folks at the Orlando Sentinel. They wrote a story that was published Sept. 12, 2016, about the changing of Fulton’s Crab House restaurant at Disney Springs to Paddlefish (click here to read it). Well, I shot this photo on Aug. 18, 2016, and saw that the Paddlefish is coming. We were at Walt Disney World for a multi-day visit when I took this shot on the transportation boat from Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside to the recently re-branded Disney Springs.
