I swear I saw these floating floral displays moving (and not just from the wind or slight current in the lake). I kept thinking It was like some kind of surveillance system in the lake as you enter World Showcase at EPCOT. We were at Walt Disney World on May 7, 2016, for this past season’s EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival when I got this shot.
