As my alphabetical listing of suggested movies to watch continues, we hit a wonderful historical drama today: “All the President’s Men.” It’s the Robert Redford-Dustin Hoffman film about the Watergate scandal of the 1970s that brought down President Richard “Tricky Dick” Nixon. “All the President’s Men” is a wonderful film and directed by the equally wonderful Alan J. Pakula. So, as presidential issues continue to grind today in Washington D.C., take a look back at “All the President’s Men” and see what real journalism used to look like. Unfortunately, for the most part, journalism has died today under the wheels of social media and the general stupidity of the public.
So, I’m posting all my film reviews in alphabetical order. Below is the link back to the original review.
