My movie reviews A-Z: Today … ‘And the Band Played On’

I’m continuing my alphabetical listing of suggested movies to watch and today I dip back into the early days of non-studio productions with “And the Band Played On.” It was one of the first HBO films to gain traction with Hollywood stars and get positive reviews. “And the Band Played On” is about the early days of the AIDS epidemic and the initial medical research into the virus. “And the Band Played On” is worth watching not only from the ensemble of great actors (from Steve Martin to Alan Alda to Richard Gere to Lily Tomlin) but with the solid production. So, check out “And the Band Played On.”

So, I’ve begun posting all my film reviews in alphabetical order and I’ve updated links and more on many of the reviews. Below is the link back to the full review.
