What’s this? A Halloween display? In August? That’s right! I got this shot Aug. 18, 2018, at the Lowes store near our home here in Naples, Fla. In recent years I’ve thought that Halloween had become the forgotten “holiday” since Christmas displays usually now begin to crop up in September. However, Lowes shows that there’s life left in Halloween – and they put the display in the correct place: Near the outdoor power equipment section!
