My alphabetical posting of suggested films continues today with “Grandma’s Boy.” Wow, here’s a really funny stoner flick! “Grandma’s Boy” is vulgar, crude, drug-ridden, puerile and … hilarious. Well, that about sums it up! “Grandma’s Boy” is also hilarious for the work done by the late Doris Roberts and especially Shirley Jones as an over-sexed senior. Toss in the funny drug dealer who is nude and puts up a Christmas tree in the summer and you’ve got a movie! “Grandma’s Boy” isn’t for everyone, but then again, not all films meet that standard. The only standard “Grandma’s Boy” doesn’t break is “hilarious.”
