No, that’s not a passenger peeking out of the monorail car as it traveled over EPCOT and that I photographed on Aug. 25, 2018. That’s a character and the monorail is a moving billboard. Along with Cinderella Castle and Spaceship Earth, monorail cars are among my most-photographed subjects at Walt Disney World.
