If you’re wondering why the floating barriers at the construction site of the depot for the Skyliner transportation system at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, they help mitigate any runoff from the site going into the lake. I got this shot on Aug. 25, 2018, as I left the park during a day trip to Walt Disney World.
