My alphabetical posting of suggested films continues today with “Jurassic Park III.” Here is a sequel that’s the equal of the original. “Jurassic Park III” shows why sometimes filmmakers should go one more sequel to get it right. After a pitiful sequel to the outstanding original, “Jurassic Park III” does everything well from the first to the last scene. “Jurassic Park III,” unlike the first sequel, has a creative, logical (if you believe dinosaurs can be cloned to be part of an amusement park) extension of the original. Don’t worry, if you haven’t seen “Jurassic Park III,” it comes around on cable – especially now with the release of the fifth sequel on video.
I’m posting all my film reviews in alphabetical order and I’ve updated links and more on many of the reviews. Below is the link back to the full review.
