I didn’t have my Nikon DSLR to properly shoot the sunlight in the bougainvillea blooms at the Collier County Public Library’s Headquarters branch on Dec. 2, 2018, but I did have my iPhone. I was picking up a movie – of course, why else go the library? – when I noticed how the sun was backlighting the blooms. The library branch is near our home here in Naples, Fla.
