My movie reviews A-Z: Today … ‘Octopussy’

My alphabetical posting of suggested films continues today with the 007 vehicle “Octopussy.” OK, OK, so the title catches your eye today as it did when the film make its premiere in 1983 or the Ian Fleming story in the 1960s. As “James Bond” films go, “Octopussy” is OK despite its limitations. It has some good work by the supporting cast; Roger Moore continued to be … well, Roger Moore as 007; and it is a superspy thriller. “Octopussy” finds itself somewhere in the middle of the ranks of the “James Bond” films and you probably have seen it fewer times than many of the “Bond” classics. Ah well, check out “Octopussy” again. It’s … well, OK.

I’m posting all my film reviews in alphabetical order and I’ve updated links and more on many of the reviews. Below is the link back to the full review.
