I don’t believe the Collier County Public Library cleans the courtyard fountain at the Headquarters branch by pouring soap into it. I hope no one tried the old “toss soap into a fountain to see the bubbles” because there just wouldn’t be enough agitation to create foam. Still, what other explanation is there? I got this shot on Dec. 22, 2018.
