My alphabetical posting of suggested films continues today with “Son in Law.” Here is one of my all-time favorite films that endears itself to you. First, you believe “Son in Law” will be crap because of Pauly Shore. Bzzzzzzt! WRONG! Shore is really sensational as the whacked-out dude who goes home to scam the parents in “Son in Law.” Along the way, you find that you like what Shore’s doing; he’s doing it really well; and the film is … well, a motion picture more than worth watching. “Son in Law” endears itself to you. The supporting cast is solid and you absolutely, without-a-doubt shouldn’t turn your nose up at this one because of Pauly.
