You can see the Characters in Flight balloon from just about anywhere at Disney Springs. Here’s one view of it from the Amphicar launch area adjacent to the The Boathouse restaurant. I got this shot after a special dinner at The Boathouse on March 30, 2019. We were on a weekend visit to Walt Disney World.
