Click here to read my movie suggestion for today and it is … the wonderfully kitschy TV classic “CHiPs.” Remember now, “CHiPs” the TV show, not “CHIPS” the really crappy so-called movie (click here for my denunciation of that recently released stinkbomb). “CHiPs” on TV was just like “The Love Boat” (click here for my look at it) … it was fun, breezy, the good guys win and you didn’t have to think much – just enjoy it. “CHiPs” remains watchable today and you can find it on an oldies channel, while the film version should never have been released. Funny, the movie re-boot of the TV show stinks … but “CHIPS” is the most-read review on my blog (and the second-most viewed page after the home page).
