Click here to read my movie suggestion for today and it is … my look at the two “Grease” movies. We’re near the start of the summer movie season as well as the hurricane season here in South Florida and there’s no better summer movie than “Grease.” It opened nationwide on June 16, 1978, and was a gigantic hit. It’s sequel, “Grease 2,” was a belly flop in the summer pool of June 1982. However different the films are, both have interesting parallels to the other (outside of the lack of creativity that spurred the second to borrow from the first). The “Grease(s)” are both fun to watch, although you might need a barf bag at times for the sequel.
