My movie suggestion today is … to continue my summer suggestions with “The Gumball Rally.” Here’s a light-hearted car flick from 1976 that remains one of my Top 10 favorite films of all time. “The Gumball Rally” isn’t a great motion picture (no Oscars here, of course … or, I should write, off-course), but it is tremendously fun and easy to watch. “The Gumball Rally” will never grow old in my eyes, even though it’s more than two generations in my rear-view mirror. But, as Raul Julia says in the movie’s signature line, “What’s-a behind me is not important.” Get “The Gumball Rally” today (and it’s available on Blu-Ray).
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog. Below is the link back to the original review.
