My movie suggestion today is … is for you to revisit “Demolition Man.” While you might dismiss it as a Stallone-Snipe action flick, “Demolition Man” tells as much about the future that some would have today as it does anything else. “Demolition Man” is first and foremost a nice action flick and Wesley Snipes does a great job in it. However, if you want a peek at the future if the politically correct idiots have their way, then watch “Demolition Man” for their blueprint. As one character notes: “It’s been deemed that anything not good for you is bad, hence illegal. Alcohol, caffeine, contact sports, meat … bad language, chocolate, gasoline, un-educational toys and anything spicy. Abortion’s illegal, but then again so’s pregnancy if you don’t have a license.” Sound familiar? Ah well, check out “Demolition Man.” It’s a fun action flick for summer … or a prophesy. You choose.
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog. Below is the link back to the original review.
