My movie suggestion today is … that school is nearer than you might think, so check out “Hiding Out.” Here’s a creative story where a witness goes back to high school in “Hiding Out” from mob assassins. “Hiding Out” stars the remarkably average Jon Cryer in his best role as the stockbroker who has to hide from a criminal’s killers. The oft-incompetent Cryer, whose work frequently is on the dinner theater-level, does a solid job here and so “Hiding Out” is totally watchable and, as I already noted, the storyline is creative – at least by Hollywood standards (and, folks, those aren’t too high). So, sadly to note for students, as the summer speeds along, check out “Hiding Out.”
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog. Below is the link back to the original review.
