Here’s a wide-angle view of the first scene with “John” at Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress at the Magic Kingdom. The Carousel of Progress has a bunch of interesting back stories, including that “John” has been voiced by the late Jean Shepherd – he wrote the book that is the basis of the film “A Christmas Story” (click here for my review). Anyway, I got the shot on May 4, 2019, during a day trip to Walt Disney World.
