Try this flick … “Let It Ride.” I’m off my war movie track of the past couple of days and now offering up film about, well, horse racing. Actually, “Let It Ride” has a dramatic component and is more a film about people, but horse racing’s the action and you get a bunch of it with this one. “Let It Ride” is the story of a degenerate gambler trying to get back in his soon-to-be-former wife’s life and he’s flummoxed in his attempt to reconcile by getting a hot tip. You see, he was giving up gambling … with the “was” as the key word. “Let It Ride” should be much better, but it’s not. Still, you should watch it!
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog. Below is the link back to the original review. I just updated the review of “Let It Ride.”
