Try this flick … “Big Fat Liar.” OK, so “Big Fat Liar” is a kids flick; is geared to the pre-teen set; and pretty much plays out as you’d expect. However, “Big Fat Liar” is worth your time if you don’t enjoy kids movies because of Paul Giamatti – he’s simply hilarious in this one as the egotistical director who can’t do anything right. “Big Fat Liar” co-stars Frankie Muniz and Amanda Bynes and they both do solid jobs in keeping this one on track. “Big Fat Liar” isn’t great comedy, but it doesn’t insult you, either (even though you’ll need to keep an open mind about this concept). So, get out there and surprise yourself by watching “Big Fat Liar.”
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog.
