Try this flick … “Magnum Force.” This is Clint Eastwood’s sequel to “Dirty Harry” and while it doesn’t measure up to the original, “Magnum Force” is a pretty decent sequel. You get a nice turn from supporting actor Hal Holbrook and a nice bunch of turns from a bunch of young(er) stars-to-be, including David Soul, Tim Matheson and Robert Urich. Toss in a gritty performance by veteran Mitchell Ryan and you got a pretty good film with “Magnum Force.” Oh, let me mention that “Magnum Force” was Suzanne Somers’ first nude scene in a film (and it was the year after she was “Blonde in T-Bird” in “American Graffiti” and five years after she was in “Bullitt” with Steve McQueen).
So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog.
