Watch it! So, what to recommend today? I’m going with a little-remembered espionage flick … so, Watch it! “The Fourth Protocol” is a Cold War-era film about the Russians setting out to detonate a small nuclear device in the United Kingdom. “The Fourth Protocol” stars Pierce Brosnan and Michael Caine and, while the latter is OK, the former does a superlative job as the Russian spy. The mission is to blame the U.S. for the explosion and thereby tip British public opinion against its ally. You’ll really enjoy how all of it comes together in “The Fourth Protocol.”
