Watch It! “Wag the Dog” is a wonderful political film. Although “Wag the Dog” arrived on the big screen nearly a quarter century ago, it is as relevant today as it was at its premiere. “Wag the Dog” is the story of the then-emerging technologies of faking videos and the “viral” component of social media. “Wag the Dog” is the story of a president trying to cover up a scandal by creating a non-existent war. He gets a Hollywood producer to produce … a war! And so it went and so it goes today. “Wag the Dog” is headlined by Dustin Hoffman and Robert De Niro and Dustin is at the top of the class in this one! “Wag the Dog” is easy to find, so find it and … Watch It!
