Looking on the big screen at your home today, let’s go with the classic and iconic comedy “Fletch.” Here’s Chevy Chase at the peak of his career in his best movie as the sole headliner. “Fletch” is the story of a reporter, but it’s more of a story how Chase lies his way through life … and does it in a hilarious way. In “Fletch,” Chase is first after a story of drugs being sold on the Southern California beach within his newspaper’s circulation. Then, his attention turns to a rich executive, who asks Chase to murder him so his life insurance will pay off. Whew! Along the way, Chase takes a different identity every few minutes and deals out jokes, pithy comments and sarcasm. “Fletch” is truly hilarious and you’ll enjoy it yet again.
I’m sure that you won’t have any trouble at all finding “Fletch” for your “big screen” at home!
