I finally have my car back after being hit in late September by another driver who then lied about how he hit me. Of course, since the same insurance company was involved for both myself and the liar, there was no witness and so my policy gets hit for this liar’s lie. The insurance company couldn’t “prove” anything … despite me being hit from behind and not checking the other driver’s texting at the time (he was driving distracted and told me, “I didn’t see you” at time of the crash). Well, here’s my dashcam and it will be running all the time now in my vehicle so a liar cannot lie and I get screwed over by the insurance company. I got this shot near our home on Oct. 24, 2022.
