It’s bad enough that my two favorite Publix supermarkets have discarded Redbox kiosks and took away the convenience of renting a DVD, but now, I find that Walmart (or Redbox itself) disables a kiosk and you can’t use it! I got this shot at a Walmart superstore here in Naples, Fla., as I rented a movie today (March 26, 2023). I got in early at shortly after 6 a.m. and picked up the movie – “A Man Called Otto” with Tom Hanks, if you would like that detail. However, I’m not going to be able to watch it and return it tomorrow, so I took it back about an hour later. The machine was turned off and non-functional. Sigh. Now, I'll have to find another location for a kiosk and take it there today.
