I’m guessing the owner of this license tag is playing tonight’s Powerball lottery (Saturday, July 15) and its jackpot of at least $875 million. I got this shot of this plate while stopped at a red light on my way home from work here in Naples, Fla., on July 14, 2023. Not only did I appreciate the tag’s message, but the plate holder was a nice tweak at me, too!
