Quest joins UPS, FedEx in taking up a parking spot for disabled drivers

If a FedEx or UPS trucks in 2019 can block a spot for disabled drivers, then obviously the Quest Diagnostics company isn’t going to let a little matter of traffic/parking law stop them from illegally taking up a space, too, now in 2023! I got this shot today (Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023) at the parking lot of a medical office building here in Naples, Fla. The driver thought that putting on blinkers could change Florida law as to which vehicles can park in a “handicapped” spot. Oddly, the Quest office closed to patients a year ago and the office is up for sale. Click here for all my photos of vehicles blocking so-called “handicapped” parking spaces … (Remember: Click on the small image for a bigger version – then click on that one for the full-size photo.)
