It’s been some time since I posted a photo of a bloom on a most-special hibiscus tree in our yard. Here’s the shot I got today (Monday, Jan. 15, 2024) after I got home from work in Naples, Fla. The blooms on this hibiscus tree are always special because my cousin gave the tree to myself and our family in May 2004 at my mother’s funeral. It will have been growing in this same spot for more than 19 years now.
