We’re on our second round of new sod at our home here in Naples, Fla. Our landscape crew organized getting the first new sod installed, but, like us, became disappointed when it didn’t thrive. They then had a second round of sod installed and now it is simply thriving! We were told that there was an infestation in the first new sod and that doomed it from the start. This second installation was from a different sod farm and has fared much better. I got this shot today (Saturday, March 30, 2024) as I went out on a morning errand.
